Q: Can I upload my artwork to you?
A: Yes. Follow the upload link on this website. It will direct you to a FTP location.
Q: Can I upload my Audio or Data to you?
A: No. There are too many things that can go wrong if that is done. It is wise for you to finalize the content and test it thoroughly and then send a final master.
Q: How long does it take to complete production of the order?
A: It depends on the product and the packaging. For short runs - approx. 5 business days and for long runs approx. 10 business days after approval of the artwork.
Q: What shipping do you offer?
A: Blu Monster can ship it any method desired. Generally, we would ship via a ground service. Please note all freight is extra.
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: Visa, Master Charge, Money Order, Certified Cheque, and cash
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No. All prices are as quoted with the only extras, being taxes and freight.
Q: Will you make any adjustments to the master supplied?
A: Absolutely NOT. Blu Monster will replicate it how you supply it. Please FULLY TEST your master before sending for replication.
Q: What happens if my artwork does not meet your specifications?
A: Blu Monster can make minor adjustments to correct your arwork - Blu Monster charges $100 per hour to perform this service and will provide a quote ahead of time.
Q: What colour format do you work with?
A: Must be CYMK (RGB is not acceptable).
Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
A: Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Q: Will I see a proof of my graphics before printing?
A: Yes. Blu Monster will send you a PDF proof for approval, prior to printing.
Q: What do you accept for a master?
A: For a CD - CD R. For a DVD - A DVD R or a DLT.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Blu Monster has provided all necessary forms and a checklist to follow. Please refer to the forms section.
